Mooncake festival is coming around the corner, But i am grounded from entering malaysia to do my hunting.
Anyways i thought, we have been eating the same old “lavender” brand for a couple of years. Maybe we should try something different. After doing some research from Flowerpod & Hardwarezone, i found that Peony Jade’s Yam Moon Cake & Raffles hotel’s Snow Skin moon cakes are the more popular ones.
Dearie & i went to chevrons house / hitachi tower (Raffles place) to do our hunting. Dearie’s reaction is very funny, her 1st comment on the moon cake was; WOAH!!!! HEN XIANG HOR!?!?!??!. Next, she become excited looking high & low ( looking for toothpicks to try out sample i guess ). I fed her, her immediate respond was; WOAH!!!! HAO CHI HOR!?!?!?!. I bought 1 box of 8 for her to indulge herself. hehe.

Tadaaa… These are the best Snow Skin moon cakes i have ever ate for my past 24 years on this earth. Super yummy, the moon cake simply melt in your mouth & all you have to do is… suck the moon cake like a candy. Woahhhhhh… Expensive moon cake, but it is worth the $.
